California has many of the resources needed for more widespread adoption of videoconferencing in K12 schools, but could benefit from some steps related to standardization, centralization, and coordination of:
- Local network design and implementation
- Professional development
- Technical support
- Access to learning resources and collaborative learning opportunities
- Forums for communication among educators
